CROSS ROADS committed to protecting the privacy and security of those whose personal data we process. We acknowledge the need to protect personal data that is collected by or disclosed to us and to manage it in accordance with the Data Protection Act 45.
The purpose of this notice is to inform you how we collect and use (process) your personal data during and after your relationship with us, in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws.
REFUND POLICY:
1. The CLIENT acknowledges that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the government and not the CROSS ROADS. Furthermore, the CLIENT acknowledges that the professional fees once earned by the CROSS ROADS are not refundable in the event of an application refusal or rejection.
2. The CLIENT agrees that the fees paid are for immigration related services only, and any refund is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid. Unearned fees (if any) will be refunded within 30 calendar days using the same method of payment received or alternate method if provided by the CLIENT.
3. If the CLIENT chooses to terminate this Agreement prior to or after submitting the application to the concerned governing body or during processing, the CLIENT agrees that the earned professional fee is not refundable.
4. The CLIENT agrees to have a positive and professional attitude towards the CROSS ROADS. Any breach of attitude, the CROSS ROADS reserves the right to withdraw from this agreement without a refund of any earned fees made by the CLIENT provided withdrawal does not cause prejudice to the CLIENT.
5. Should the CLIENT be unsuccessful due to any reason outlined by the Government Body including criminal reasons, health problems, forging or the presentation of false documents to the CROSS ROADS , not respecting the governing body Regulations and Conditions, not submitting the necessary documents to the governing body required, not attending the medical examination and/or the interview, not speaking fluently in English where applicable during the interview, not responding correctly and professionally to the Visa Officer regarding the profession and/or the job duties and/or the job description that he/she applied for in his/her Application or the CLIENT decides to withdraw or cancel his/her Application or for reasons whatsoever the CLIENT decides not to continue the process of immigration/obtaining visa with the governing body; the CLIENT will not hold the CROSS ROADS responsible by any means, and the earned professional fees are NOT refundable.
